2. INTERPATH: Access and use of the InterPath© on-line requisitions and reports software feature for physician offices is strictly limited to authorized persons for authorized purposes. Access and use of InterPath© complies with the patient privacy and security requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).

PATIENTS: Pathology Diagnostic Consultants offers access to this Website to patients and non-physicians to assist in the selection of pathology laboratory services providers for the purpose of obtaining a pathology diagnosis second opinion.
